TPL267 Breakdown in Finchley Central By George

After completing my Observations for the Day I boarded the number 82 bus at Gravel hill hoping to get of at Granville Road to complete my journey home. When we arrived at Finchley Central The doors simply wouldnt close unless closed by using the Emergency buttons, apparently this is due to a sensor problem with the doors.
This is the third TPL to have problems this month so TEs now appear on the route from the 263 batch which i boarded shortly after discovering what had happened

Odds and Observations 26th November By George

Sorry for the delay but on Saturday we had many changes to London's bus network here is what happened

The 29 revived new buses due to a conversion from articulated buses to double deckers lets take a look
The scene from Wood Green garage
DW474 LJ61 CDU at WN
VLW51 WLT 751 Wood Green

Now this DW has been on rail replacements before the conversion but look at the state of the interior
Next we take our attention to the 79 which changed operation to Metroline, these VWs ordered are the first geminis to be part of the new WTA scheme lets see how they got on
LK61 BNN VW1215 Edgware

Side View

After only 14 hours of service some naughty person has done this to the bus

Note the orange lights are part of the new whole type approval  aswell as a emergency exit door

Now we move onto our Odds of the day now let me explain there were three  Es on the 24 so the EH  was curtailed two chalk farm to regulate the service probably and the 176 was being curtailed between Herne and Forest hill for some reason i am unsure of
LX58 DOJ EH1 working in Leicester Square

LJ53 BFM VLA 26 curtailed to Herne hill then the driver changes it to forest

Not really an odd now as the TEHs have arrived we have here LK61 BJZ  TEH1222
Lets say a goodbye to these wonderful buses
now finally we have a picture on the VNs at ON Alperton)that worked previously on the route 79 before Metroline too over
